About Me

About Me

Thanks for your interest. Here is a little more about me…

I moved to the US from China in 2006 and developed a passion for design, earning my MFA in Visual Communication/Graphic Design from West Virginia University in 2012. Since then, I’ve built my career as a UX and product designer.

I started as a graphic designer in the packaging industry before transitioning into UX design at Fragomen Worldwide, where I worked on solutions to improve the immigration process for foreign nationals, clients, and caseworkers.

Currently, I’m a UX Designer at Dick’s Sporting Goods, focusing on eCommerce product selection. As the lead designer for the Product Detail Page (PDP) team, I work to enhance the athlete shopping experience, boost conversions, and reduce returns. I’ve led the redesign of the PDP UI, improving presentation and user experience, and spearheaded projects generating $100M+ in incremental sales. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, prioritize features, and shape product vision.

I’m passionate about finding the sweet spot between user needs and business goals. I’m constantly driven to grow as a designer and create innovative solutions that enhance products and deliver value.
